• Institute of Directors (IoD) Company Directors Diplomas: Held by two of our directors
• CITB Construction Site Managers Safety Certificate: Achieved by all contracts managers and supervisory staff.
• European Computer Driving Licence course (ECDL): Training available to all office-based staff.
• Customer service training: For all staff and engineers who deal with the public.
• In-house computer training: Available to all our engineers.
• SAFED Driving: Driver training available to all company drivers, focusing on driver safety and fuel efficiency

Staff and trades alike are encouraged to do additional training to increase their skills and improve their career prospects. For example, a plumber will be given the opportunity to get their Corgi qualification.

We hold regular Tool Box Talks, and specialist health and safety training for all employees.
