• Customer service training: For all staff and engineers who deal with the public.
• In-house computer training: Available to all our engineers.
• SAFED Driving: Driver training available to all company drivers, focusing on driver safety and fuel efficiency
• CSCS - We are dedicated to ensuring 100% compliance for our workforce within 2010

Staff and trades alike are encouraged to do additional training to increase their skills and improve their career prospects. For example, a plumber will be given the opportunity to get their Gas Safe qualification.

We hold regular Tool Box Talks, and specialist health and safety training for all employees.
