Terms & Conditions

1. 10% Discount applies to the painting & decoration schedule only.
2. Discount is only applied if the client quotes reference number prior to quote.
3. Offer is only applicable to painting & decoration works for the months November 2008, December 2008 and January 2009.
4. Discount will be applied & shown in the quotation sent by Speakmans Construction Limited.
5. Additional work not included on the schedule, quote or agreed invoice is not included.
6. This is a single use offer.
7. This offer will become invalid if the invoice is not paid within 14 days of issue.
8. This offer is not transferable.
9. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend this discounted offer.

Maintenance & Refurbishment 10% discount
