Insurance Teams making a difference
We would like to make a special announcement of congratulations to our teams involved in the Flood Damage repair works over in
"Dear Sir,
We felt we must write to you to comment on the professional workman which we have been fortunate enough to have had working in our home.
After the trauma of being one of the thousands of houses in Hull that were affected by the flooding in June of last year, the thought of having workmen coming in to do the work was, as we are sure you can imagine, somewhat daunting. There have been so many tales of shoddy workmanship and unreliability that we did not know what to expect.
When Phil Roberts turned up with his “crew” on November 27th, you can imagine our trepidation.
There was no need to worry! From day one, the work has been done to a terrific standard, and every single man has done everything to keep the standard up. All the workmen have been polite, clean and tidy and they have all made sure that the house has been left as clean as possible before they have left for the day. Never once did my wife feel uncomfortable being left with any of the men. They have all been totally professional and friendly.
It is difficult to remember the names of all who have been here and done the work so expertly, but these are the ones we can remember:-
Phil Roberts, Steve Holden, Michael, Chris, Gaz, Kaz, Craig, Callum, Dean, Craig, Dave, Amir, Sam the electrician and Rob, Joe the decorator and Lawrence and Dave who replaced the doors and rebuilt the conservatory.
We have personally thanked as many of the men as possible, but if you could perhaps make sure that they all know how grateful we are for all their hard work, we would appreciate it.
The past eight months have been a nightmare, but thanks to your employees, it has at last come to a decent conclusion.
You have wonderful people working for you; we hope you realise how wonderful they really are.
With our extremely grateful thanks, we remain,
Yours truly,
Barry and Janet Ramsden"
