Standish Panthers Under 8's Junior Football Team

Speakmans provide kit sponsorship to Standish Panthers Under 8's Football team who play in the Skelmersdale Junior Football League. Panthers were formed in 2003, this therefore being only their second year of competitive football. In March 2005 the team won the Skelmersdale Cup which was formerly presented to them at the League presentations on Saturday 18 June 2005. In addition to their success in the Cup competition, the boys were narrowly beaten to second place in the league coming in a very credible third. Well done to all the team and the very best of luck for next season as Under 9's! A new strip will be available at the start of the new year, again sponsored by Speakmans.
