Greater Manchester Police
Speakmans Construction are part of a partnering framework agreement with Greater Manchester Police. The agreement has been established since 1998 and we were notified in April 2007 that the agreeement will be extended to 2010.
This agreement has the strictest of Key Performance Indicators as well as security measures. All personnel that operate on this contract are Police vetted and therfore security cleared.
