Speakmans Construction are a security vetted and safe contractor that offers refurbishment and maintenance services to for schools and universities.

The Cherry Manor Junior School was a complete refurbishment of the schools administration areas. The work involved general building, electrical works, and alterations to an existing W.C. to upgrade it to comply with the latest DDA regulations. Unusually this project took place whilst the school was open.
