Speakmans Construction invests resource in terms of time to aid community groups.
We work very closely with Bolton Lads & Girls Club. Whereby we have employees that mentor youths, so that these youths have an empathetic ear that they may speak in regards to any problems or issues they have. Our employees also help to facilitate events.

We are also members of the Lancashire Education Business Partnership, where we invest our time into the future of tomorrows’ children. We actively help students with mock interviews; interview techniques; teambuilding exercises etc. so that they may perform to their best when applying for future careers. Whilst also giving them an insight into the world of construction and what opportunities and careers could be open to them.
